Check-in experience completely unprofessional!!! Room cleaning service needs urgent attention, leaving guests with a dirty room and inadequate bedding!!! Noise levels from street parties need better management at night, or at least soundproofing improvements!!!

Unfortunately, we did experience some noise from the street that disrupted our sleep at times.

absolutley unacceptable. I can’t believe I was treated like everyone else here! the staff were extremly rude, not helping at all. After all the hassle with check-in and a dusty room, a complimentary gesture would have been nice, but of course, that was too much to ask. Definitley woudl not recommend this place to anyone.

The pool area was a blast, and we really enjoyed playing billiards together. The hotel was well-kept, and it was nice to have fresh towels daily. The bar across the road served hearty breakfasts, perfect to kick off our busy days exploring Ibiza.
My wife says that the noise from the street made it tough to relax.
